Car Dealer Supplies 4 Less uses manufacturers around the US to bring the best quality products to you and your company. Shipments are delivered by UPS & USPS. Many items are in stock for immediate shipment. If your order consists of custom imprinting, please allow for additional time between ordering and delivery. If you have any questions regarding your order, please call one of our customer service representatives at 1(931) 258-4499 Average ground shipping time is one to six business days, depending on your location. Overnight, two-day and three-day delivery services are also available at an additional expense. Select CALL FOR PRICING to process your order and we will notify you of the freight cost. Your order will not be final until the freight cost is confirmed. Items temporarily out of stock, drop shipped or certain other products may be shipped separately. C.O.D. shipments will incur an additional $8.00 charge. A $250 maximum product order applies to C.O.D. shipments if paid with company check. Over $250, certified funds only will be accepted. RETURNS All returns require a return authorization number. Please call or email within 7 business days from invoice date to be eligible for return. Please have your invoice number. Shipping is paid by buyer. Unless the shipment was damaged by carrier. We will put in a claim for all damaged items and replacement will be upon claim information. Returns must be unopened/unused and in some cases require original box shipment. Please contact us for further information.

PLACING AN ORDER
Our site utilizes shopping cart functionality to place an order. From the specific product page, add items to your shopping cart by choosing the desired description/pricing option. Indicate the quantity and click Add to Cart. You must perform this task for each option you wish to purchase within this Product. Once a product is added to the shopping cart, you will be given the opportunity to check out, continue shopping, update a product quantity or delete any product in your cart. If you are considering ordering an item, add it to your shopping cart -- you can always change your mind later. At any time, you may check the contents of your shopping cart and current sub-total by clicking on View Cart found in the upper right corner of each page. Upon completing the check out process and placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. At time of shipment, you will receive your final invoice via e-mail that will detail your final cost, including quantity discounts and shipping costs.

TAX
State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Tennessee.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
PAY PAL via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted or your order can be shipped C.O.D. You may also choose use a Purchase Order if you have an established account with Car Dealer Supplies 4 Less. Pricing: Prices shown are subject to change and we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions. Sales Tax: Tennessee. Changes/Cancellations: Please notify us immediately of any change or cancellation to your order. If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, you may be responsible for shipping costs. If the product received is damaged or defective, please keep all packing materials and shipping label, and contact us immediately to file a claim. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in resaleable condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Damaged or defective products may be returned for a full refund. Warranties: Certain products are covered by manufacturer's warranties and subject to their terms. No other warranties are expressed or implied. We make no representation or warranties as to legal effect or consequences of any of the forms we sell. Trademarks: Certain names and logos on products are registered trademarks of specific manufacturers and are used under license. Any resale, use or other distribution of these trademarks to anyone other than authorized motor vehicle dealers is a trademark infringement.

RETURNS
