Open Account to Franchised New Car Dealers who meet our terms of payments of NET 30 days. Ground and TRUCK SHIPMENTS are Freight Collect. Air and other special forms of transportation costs will be added to the invoice. Other companies must prepay with a business check, or we accept all major credit cards.
When possible identify REPEAT orders and give as much information from the old order as possible. Invoice numbers and dates are especially helpful.
When placing new orders indicate quantity, style name/number, color(s) and imprint to be used.
Advise us if you have a deadline that must be met. All orders are subject to acceptance at the home office upon receipt.
First time orders requireng Dies and/or Screens subject to New setup charge. We will contact you regarding additional charges. Not all items have additional charges

No charge for artwork if camera ready art is supplied. Art may be e-mailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please call us first to see what formats are acceptable. (931) 258-4499 9AM - 5PM CST Monday through Friday.
CAMERA READY ART
Black and white layout separated by color overlays for multi-color imprints, preferably in the form of a PMT. Copies of artwork made on office copiers or transmitted by fax are NOT camera ready art.
Artwork, screens, dies and plates made for this order will remain the property of the Manufacturer.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
OVERRUNS and UNDERRUNS
All custom printed orders are subject to 10% over/underruns. You will be invoiced only for the amount actually shipped.
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Tennessee
Paper proofs will be done on custom orders to prevent errors. There is a nominal charge for this service. PLEASE read them carefully to prevent printing errors. If you approve a proof and it is incorrect, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
We ACCEPT the following formats:
Adobe Illustrator (Mac or PC), any version: Create outlines for all images and fonts and save in EPS format.
Corel Draw (Mac or PC): Create curves for all images and fonts. Save in Adobe Illustrator format. .
Adobe Photoshop (Mac or PC): This application can only be used when rendering art for grayscale, halftone or process work.

Save artwork in accepted format. Compress all files (Winzip orStuffit). All colors must be spot color. Orders must state artwork sent by e-mail. You need to fax a hard copy of the art to us as well. Company name/contact, phone number and purchase order number must be clearly identified on e-mail.
Many items are available on a RUSH basis....they may be subject to additional production charges and/or fees. Let us know your deadline and we can help you our.
Customer is responsible to pay for any and all costs incurred up to notice of cancellation or changes. This may include; artwork, setup charges, full die charges and any production costs. Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing. ONCE IN PRODUCTION ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED.
SCHEDULING AND SHIPPING
Every effort is made to ship within our normally scheduled production time. We reserve the right to change shipping dates in accordance with production schedules. Not responsible for unforeseen delays or delays in transit.
CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENT
The purchaser will indemnify the seller and hold the seller harmless from and against all claims, demands, liabilities and expenses, including (without limitation) claims of infringement of patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right, invasion of privacy, or any other matter, arising from the use of any picture, plate, advertising copy, specifications or material furnished to the seller by the purchaser or prepared by the seller at the purchasers request including reasonable attorneys fees with court costs.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
All shipments should be thoroughly checked upon arrival. If you have any problem with your order - Please contact us immediately for proper solution of the difficulty. You must notify us within 10 days of any defects, omissions or errors in manufacturing.
Custom imprinted items MAY NOT be returned.
All returns require proper authorization. Unauthorized returns are subject to refusal.
All shipments leave the factory in good condition after inspection. Claims for lost or damaged merchandise, or concealed damage should be filed with delivering carrier. Leave shipment intact with packaging/box and file claim immediately.
All shipping will be done via UPS or USPS. Unspecified orders will receive UPS ground shipping. Tracking numbers are available upon customer's request.
Next Day, 2-Day, & 3 Day Select shipping is available but please call for a price quote.

All Tennessee orders are subject to an 9.25 00% tax, when applicable.
Tennessee Dealers Note - You need to supply your TN dealer tax number when placing your first order.

All returns will carry a 30% restock fee + return shipping fees, if the order was returned due to customer error or change of mind. Custom Printed Items or Promotional Products by Special Order are Not Subject to Return. All returns are to be approved. All items must be returned within 30 days of date of sale. After that time period expires, all sales are final.
If a return was necessary due to a shipping error on our part, we will waive the restocking and shipping charges.
If the item(s) shipped has damage, please contact UPS and file a claim. Insurance coverage is up to $100 dollars. Additional coverage $1.00 per each additional $100 dollars. We will assist your claim filing in such damage cases. When items are received via UPS, you have 3 days from delivery date to make claims for shortage or damaged goods.
